Phillia Wibowo is a Partner at McKinsey & Company and the Managing Partner of the firm's Indonesia office, with over 15 years of experience serving clients in Asia across various sectors.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.

Passionate about driving socioeconomic growth in Indonesia, Phillia focuses on unlocking the country's potential as a prominent global economy and has worked with large institutions to drive transformational change.

She was the first Indonesian woman to be elected Partner at McKinsey globally and is deeply involved in youth development initiatives, including co-founding Young Leaders for Indonesia, a program nurturing leadership skills in high-performing university students.

In addition to her role at McKinsey, Phillia has served as an advisor on pro bono efforts related to bureaucracy and economic reform in Indonesia, and has temporarily worked for the Indonesia President Transition Team as Chief Operations Officer.

Her interests include business building strategy, leadership development, talent strategy, and digital transformation.
