Phillippa Wilkie is a dedicated professional with a strong focus on for-purpose work, providing legal counsel to charitable and non-profit organizations, social enterprises, and families on trust structures.

With a background in both law and social finance, Phillippa has a diverse educational foundation, including an Executive Programme in Social Finance from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) / Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) from the University of Auckland.

Currently serving as Special Counsel in the Private Client Team at Chapman Tripp, Phillippa has previously held positions as a Senior Associate at the same firm, a Solicitor at Allen & Overy in London, and as a Law Clerk and Solicitor at Denham Martin & Associates.

She actively contributes to the pro bono legal work at the firm and is known for her expertise in advising on trust structures, trustee matters, and engagements involving trustees.
