Phoebe Gardner is a visionary individual dedicated to reshaping the global food system through innovative solutions. As the founder of Beyond Ag in 2019, Phoebe has led the development of cutting-edge insect farming technology aimed at revolutionizing sustainable food production worldwide. Her approach involves transforming food waste into protein and fertilizer using insects, creating a significant environmental impact by offsetting carbon emissions through each tonne of insect protein produced.

Phoebe Gardner's educational background includes a Bachelor of Environments (B.Envs) in Architecture from the University of Melbourne. Her academic journey also involved studies at Ormond College and Wesley College, enriching her knowledge and skills in the field.

Prior to establishing Beyond Ag, Phoebe held key roles such as CEO & Co-Founder at Bardee, where she showcased her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership qualities. She also gained valuable experience as an Architect at Arup and in the Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) department at Wood & Grieve Engineers, which is now part of Stantec. These experiences have equipped her with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of sustainable practices in various industries.
