Silently, lives of children, teens, and adults, are lost within each of our communities everyday -- those trying to find a way to cope with the often unseen and unspoken epidemics plaguing the U.S. and beyond.
In this poster presentation, we'll embark on a two-way discussion as I share specific studies and data behind the impacts of public health epidemics & compounding factors such as digital overstimulation & global/local economic and community support structures, along with nature's bountiful benefits, to discover how it’s possible to experience significant hardships, trauma, and loss, often out of our control, and still grow, thrive, and succeed through nature-based community resources.
