Prachi J. Vakharia is a professional based in Washington DC, with a robust background in Autonomous Vehicles, V2X technologies, digital and shared mobility projects, and EV modeling and charging infrastructure in major cities like DC, NY, and LA.

Her experience includes pioneering the development of a National Guide for Adoption of E-Mobility and establishing the E-Mobility portfolio for AES, a Fortune 200 company.

Prachi has a strong startup and innovation background, having consulted and mentored startups acquired by Daimler AG. She served as Director of Strategy at RideAmigos, witnessing a 300% company growth annually. She also advises startups in various domains and mentors companies leveraging innovation from US Federal Labs.

In terms of industry leadership, Prachi chairs committees for prestigious organizations like the National Academies of Sciences Transport Research Board and SAE International. She was appointed as the first Global Chairperson for developing new Digital & Shared Mobility Standards worldwide with SAE. Additionally, she contributes to the International Association of Transport Regulators.

Passionate about Women in STEM, Prachi co-founded WOMANIUM to support future female scientific leaders. Her educational background includes studies in Mathematics and Statistics at The London School of Economics and Political Science and Denison University.

Prachi Vakharia has held various roles and advisory positions in organizations such as ARPA-I, SAE International, MobilityFund, IMPROVED, The George Washington University School of Business, Women of Electric Vehicles, and others. Her past experiences range from serving as a Strategic Advisor for Innovations & Infrastructure at the US Federal Government to being a Venture Partner at MobilityFund and holding leadership roles at various esteemed institutions and corporations.
