Pradeep Kakkattil is a global health and innovations leader who has made significant contributions to the field of healthcare access and female health entrepreneurship in Africa and Asia.

He is the co-founder of Health Innovation Exchange (HIEx), a platform connecting political leadership with innovators and investors in healthcare, facilitating over US$200 million in investments over the past two years.

Additionally, Pradeep Kakkattil co-founded the Women in Innovation Fund (WiNFUND) to advocate, invest in, and accelerate female health entrepreneurship.

He also played a crucial role in establishing the Technical Support Facility (TSF) and expanded it to become the largest technical assistance mechanism of the United Nations in HIV.

Pradeep Kakkattil's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Madras, India, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from The New College, University of Madras, India.

With extensive experience working with various organizations, he has held key positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Health Innovation Exchange (HIEx), Director in the Office of Innovation and Partnership at UNAIDS, Director of Programme Partnerships, Innovations, and Fundraising at UNAIDS, Senior Adviser to the UNAIDS Executive Director, Deputy Director of the Regional Support Team for Asia and the Pacific at UNAIDS, Chief of the Aid Effectiveness Division at UNAIDS, Strategic Planning Adviser at UNAIDS, Programme Officer at DFID, and Director at Community Action Network in Madras, India.
