Friends, I’m proud to share that another dream has come true! A few months ago, I became a certified coach after a year-long intensive training program at the pioneering Hudson Institute of Coaching. After 200+ hours of study and providing 100+ hours of real-world coaching, I’ve deepened my commitment to purpose-driven leaders and teams everywhere.
I became a coach because I strongly believe that truly unlocking our potential is only possible with deep inner change – whether it’s leading a mission-driven startup, transitioning to a new role or growth phase, or strengthening our most treasured relationships in life or work.
Change can be scary. It usually means losing something. We often feel a gap between their learning and execution, intention and impact, goals and reality. These gaps can compound over time to make change harder, leaving any of us left unseen, feeling stuck, or resigned to false narratives.
And it’s hard to get unstuck without a guide. Amazing coaches over 4 years guided me in my own life and work - scaling operations for 80+ mission-driven startups and nonprofits at Rippleworks, building 2+ organizations from the ground up, volunteering to support climate leaders with Design Pathways, and becoming a certified coach!
Along with my clients, I stand as a testament that solutions and skills are key but coaching can be critical to become the person or professional we wish to be. That’s because real change lies in the “Inner Work” to deepen self-awareness, face our fears, and courageously pursue our future selves. And we’re all called to be the change we wish to see... but we don’t have to do it alone.
I’m grateful to the coaches, faculty, and staff at the Hudson Institute of Coaching for providing me with a foundation rooted in science and practical skills.
