Priscila Martínez is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and impact across various regions globally. She is the founder of the innovation agency 10x Impact, where she steers a team focused on policy innovation and community activation in Latin America. Priscila currently works at Cargill as the leader of the Innovation & Ecosystems team for their Food and Bio business.
Her career spans roles in notable organizations such as IBM, where she held positions in Corporate Tech, leading operations and business development in Latin America and Asia-Pacific. She has also been a key figure in a leading AI firm in Latin America and successfully launched and expanded tech startups in South-East Asia and East Africa.
Apart from her professional endeavors, Priscila is recognized as a thought leader in Technology & Innovation, delivering impactful keynote speeches to diverse audiences. She actively contributes to the advancement of ethical AI practices as the country coordinator for the IADB's Ethical AI Observatory and serves as an ambassador for 'Women in AI,' advocating for gender equality and climate action.
With a commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence, Priscila is pursuing a post-graduate candidacy in AI Ethics & Society MSt at the University of Cambridge. She holds a diverse educational background including an MBA in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from NYU Stern School of Business.
