A graduate of Moline High School, Moreno pursued a dual degree in Business and Art at Augustana College, preparing himself for a diverse set of skills and experiences.

Residing in Wicker Park for over 14 years, Moreno has actively engaged with the community, collaborating on various critical issues alongside local residents and leaders.

His involvement as an elected member of the Local School Council for Jose De Diego Community Academy showcases his commitment to improving educational institutions through working closely with parents, faculty, and community members.

Furthermore, as a board member of Humboldt Park Social Services, Moreno contributed to enhancing the organization's outreach and financial stability, advocating for homeless and disadvantaged individuals in the Humboldt Park area.
