Qingrui Huang is a seasoned international development professional with a strong background in technical advisory, project management, and business development across Southeast Asian countries and China.

With a Master of Arts in International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching Chinese Language and Literature from East China Normal University, Huang has a solid academic foundation for his work.

Huang has cultivated a vast network of connections with various stakeholders such as governments, employers' organizations, trade unions, research institutions, think tanks, UN agencies, and other international and non-governmental organizations in the ASEAN region.

In addition to his core competencies, Huang possesses skills in proposal development, fundraising, and media relations, making him a well-rounded professional in the field of international development.

Having held positions like Deputy Regional Representative for Asia at ICVA, Project Manager and Technical Specialist at the International Labour Organization, and other roles in notable organizations like Asia Society, The Amity Foundation, and Shanghai Labor Daily, Huang brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.
