Quisa Foster is an accomplished fund development and communications strategist with over 20 years of experience in building brands, raising funds, managing relationships, and maximizing the potential of non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and c-suite businesses.

Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Institutional Advancement and University Relations at Clark Atlanta University, where she leads fundraising and communications initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders to execute strategies and secure significant donations.

Before her role at Clark Atlanta University, Quisa co-founded Fsquared Communications Group, a full-service public relations agency, and served as the Managing Director at the Tom Joyner Foundation, raising over $4.5 million for students in Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

In addition to her professional roles, Quisa is the visionary behind Ladies Who Mean Business, a digital platform empowering women to enhance their leadership skills.

Her skill set includes expertise in Public Relations, Media Pitching, Special Events Management, Relationship Management, Corporate/Cause Marketing, Sponsorship Acquisitions, Non-Profit Management, Strategic Planning, and Fund Development.

Quisa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Arts - Public Relations from Clark Atlanta University, a Master's in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and studies in Communication and Media Studies from Oakwood University.

Throughout her career, she has held various impactful positions at renowned organizations such as Tuskegee University, Spelman College, and the Arthritis Foundation.
