TL;DR: I’ve just had an amazing experience with Petri Electric. Here’s why it was important.
Last week we had an electrical issue at our house. Our Christmas lights wouldn’t work through the software app-controlled switch that our builder’s electrical partner put in. Puzzled we tried troubleshooting but our lights remained offline. We called in Petri Electric who not only exceeded our expectations on when they could assist us, but possibly saved our home from burning down by finding a major issue, fixing it, and being incredibly communicative, transparent, and efficient through the entire process. Throughout my career I have work with clients, vendors and software issues on a daily basis. Sometimes on multimillion dollar problems where systems are down and millions of end users are significantly impacted with revenue at risk, and sometimes on tiny things that need to be fixed quickly before they become big things! You come to rely on certain vendors and know you can count of them whenever you need them. That’s how I feel about Petri! Chris was a dream to talk to and his entire team were so professional. Prior to this event I’d not given much thought about the parallels between my career-specific critical business relationships and those relationships in my non-work life - how we know who we want to partner with on the most complicated of endeavors to delight our customers when money, reputation, and time are on the line. After seeing a commercial electrical company step in and assist me with such professionalism and expertise I’m building my list of go-to critical partnerships in my personal life and it starts with Petri. #partnerships #team #electrical
I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as a Cloud Program Manager at Google!
