Rachel Ganin is a versatile professional known for her expertise in Experience/Design Strategy, Ethnographic and User Research, Brand Strategy, Concept Development, Workshop Facilitation, and Leading Multidisciplinary Teams.

With a background in Graphic Design and Anthropology from American University, Rachel has honed her skills in creating complex built environments, developing new technologies, and designing service platforms.

Throughout her career, Rachel has collaborated with major companies like Time Warner, Verizon, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Delta, Macy's, AT&T, and The Related Companies to address their greatest challenges through human-centered design.

Currently serving as the SVP, Principal Service Designer for Physical and Digital solutions at Bank of America, Rachel's past roles include Design Strategist and Senior Associate at Gensler, Project Coordinator at Rafael Vinoly Architects, and Project Administrator at RDK Engineers.
