Rachel Kelly is a lawyer, social justice advocate, and NeuroMovement® practitioner based in South Australia. She is dedicated to bringing the transformative power of NeuroMovement® to families, especially those with disabled children.

With a passion for the brain and movement's role in brain plasticity, Rachel advocates for using the law as a tool for social change, focusing on marginalized communities. She has a diverse educational background, including a Bachelor of Laws from Adelaide University, an LLM in Human Rights & Social Justice from the University of New South Wales, and professional legal training in British Columbia.

Rachel has worked with various organizations, such as Body Brain Connection as a Neuromovement Practitioner, the British Columbia Law Institute/Canadian Centre for Elder Law as a Research Lawyer, and the Prisoners' Legal Services BC as a Human Rights Advocate. She has also been involved in social justice projects, anti-poverty campaigns, and family law cases.
