Rachel Ostrow

Rachel Ostrow is a professional with diverse experience in writing, editing, and communications. She is known for her expertise in Central Asia and has a passion for clowning and engaging in impactful discussions. Rachel holds a Master of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College, and has also studied at Fox Lane High School and the Russian University of Humanities. Throughout her career, she has been associated with prestigious organizations such as the RAND Corporation, Open Government Partnership, and Nazarbayev University. Rachel has also served as a Fulbright-Clinton Public Policy Fellow, contributing significantly to the Union of Women Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan and Business Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Central Asia and Afghanistan.
