Her extensive academic background includes a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University, an M.A. in Development Economics & Conflict Resolution from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and studies in Economics, Film, Sociology, and International Economics from Universitat de Barcelona.

Rachel's research has delved into the efficacy of job skills training for demobilized combatants in Colombia, showcasing her commitment to using research for societal betterment.

Over the course of her career, Rachel has held various roles such as Senior Associate at ideas42, Impact Investing Research Fellow at Liquidnet, and International Development Research Associate at Manaus Consulting, exhibiting her diverse expertise in the realms of behavioral science, economics, and social impact.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Rachel is fluent in Spanish and enjoys vegan cooking, sourcing ingredients from local and organic farms during her leisure time.

She also boasts a rich educational background, having studied at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University and Tufts University, and worked with renowned organizations like the United Nations Development Programme and Indeed.
