Highlights
During this week, we performed the second phase of our clinical study Try-All: remote assessment of cognitive disorders using a mobile unit equipped with our dedicated telemedicine tool designed and developed for remote mental healthcare (diagnostic, screening and follow-up).
We were in Digne-les-Bains and its surroundings (considered as a medical desert), we equipped a van (camping-car) with a dedicated material and software. The recruitment of subjects was done with the help of the ADMR of Alpes de Haute Provence.
With an assistant from the ADMR (also driver of the camping-car), we crisscrossed the surroundings of Digne-les-Bains and carried out remote assessments with neuropsychologists connected from the Nice University Hospital. This phase took place in very good conditions, under sunny days.
This success opens up encouraging prospects for remote consultations with mobile units that will provide care to rural areas and isolated people.
Study supported by : The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, Modis, Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Nice (CHU de Nice), Inria, Association IA, CoBTeK, CH de Digne-les-Bains, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region.
