Underdog Diaries' Instagram handle has been gaining a lot of traction in the last couple of days.
What I realized covering MMA content through social platforms is the fact that there is a disparity between technical knowledge and the ability to articulate that knowledge into coherent words that the general populace can understand.
Where people have a technical understanding of the sport with some background training a martial art, they lack the ability to speak or present themselves in front of an audience.
Where people can talk and present themselves well, they end up knowing diddly squat about the sport, let alone providing sound technical analysis.
That's where I come in, to fill the gap in the existing market. My goal is not just to appeal to Indian masses about MMA but to also speak to global audiences and let them know that MMA is a burgeoning sport in South Asia, with a rich talent pool.
Hence the name, Underdog Diaries.
In the last month, I experienced an almost 300% growth in terms of traction for my page. This only means that this content is working, and people are liking what I'm presenting to them

My third YouTube video is up. I preview the blockbuster UFC 289 and UFC 290 fight cards, and touch upon International Fight Week 2023. I didn't share the second video because it was 15+ minutes (only hardcore fight fans would be able to sit through all of it).
