His expertise was further honed during his tenure as the Athlete Development Manager at the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he focused on empowering fighters and helping them navigate their careers in mixed martial arts.
Rahman's career also reflects his commitment to athlete support during their collegiate years. As the Student Athlete Academic and Life Skills Coordinator at New Mexico State University, he ensured that student-athletes received the necessary resources and guidance to thrive both academically and personally. His enthusiastic approach to fostering athlete engagement continued as the Player Engagement Coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs, where he introduced various programs aimed at enhancing players’ on- and off-field experiences.

Rahman Anjorin's impressive educational background laid the foundation for his success in the sports industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University.
