What is the role of curiosity in learning? How can we foster creativity, systems thinking, reflection, and learning with a curious mindset using the tools of modern technology? My colleagues Breanne Pitt, Christian Roth, and I seek to sketch out our ideas on the connections between stories, education, technology, media, and systems in our latest blog piece published in the World Economic Forum Agenda blog. Gleaning from research with the EU Cost Action INDCOR on Interactive Digital Narratives IDNs and the burgeoning Systems Mapping & Co-Design lab. Thankful to share these thoughts, questions, and possible paths to explore. Looking forward to continuing the research and exploration.

Thankful for the opportunity to share the systems thinking and mapping workshop in a new context in Murcia, Spain last Thursday. Thank you to our hosts at Universidad de Murcia. It was a great experience to connect with new faces and share the work that Domenico Dentoni, Rob Lubberink, Marija Roglic, Carlo Cucchi, and myself have developed and iterated on in the past several years. also thankful to bring in the work I've done with Creativo Design and my current research with @BlueAdaptEU at the University of Galway.
Thank you to Christian Roth and Breanne Pitt for inviting me to participate as a stakeholder with INDCOR EU COST action.
Wonderful to learn from participants and co-facilitators, to meld stories, systems, global challenges, and interactive digital narratives (IDNs). As we face an increasingly complex and interconnected world, the challenges we face require collaborative learning, shared stories, systems understanding, and collective action.
Looking forward to more opportunities like this in the future! #systemsthinking #mapping #workshop #education #storytelling #IDNs #Spain #systemsmapping #systemschange
