Researchers at the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) have now published the AI Risk Repository , a comprehensive database of over 700 AI risks, extracted from 43 existing frameworks. This repository helps identify, classify, and understand various AI risks, aiding in responsible AI development and deployment.
P.S. As academics, auditors, policymakers and tech companies continue to grapple with the potential risks posed by AI’s large scale adoption, this AI Risk Repository is probably the first concerted attempt to rigorously curate, analyse and extract AI risk frameworks into a publicly accessible, comprehensive, extensible and categorized risk database.

I’m excited to announce that I’ve obtained a new certification: Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. 🚀
Having led global ERP transformation programs and SaaS implementations, and having experience with both traditional Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies, the SAFe® 6 PO/PM certification further solidifies my understanding of Agile at Scale. In my view, embracing SAFe can serve as an effective starting point for a Lean-Agile transition at enterprise scale. However, an out-of-the-box adoption comes with its own set of challenges/ risks and organizations should be wary of text-book interpretation of SAFe and remain open to improvisation and adjustments.
