Rajesh Nayak

Rajesh Nayak is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background in law and public policy.

He holds a JD from Yale Law School, an AB in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago, and attended Effingham High School.

Rajesh has been involved with prestigious organizations, including serving as a Fellow at the Labor & Worklife Program at Harvard Law School.

His previous roles include Deputy Executive Director and Director of Research at the National Employment Law Project, as well as various positions at the U.S. Department of Labor such as Deputy Chief of Staff, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy, Senior Counsel to the Solicitor, and Special Assistant to the Solicitor of Labor.

Prior to that, he worked as a Staff Attorney at the National Employment Law Project, Counsel at the Brennan Center for Justice, and as an Equal Justice Works Fellow - Staff Attorney at the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law.
