Currently, Ralph Boyd serves as the President and CEO of SOME, Inc. ('So Others Might Eat'), a significant Washington, D.C.-based organization focused on housing, healthcare, and social services. He also holds the position of Chairman at the NHP Foundation, a New York City-based affordable housing developer and operator with properties in 16 states and the District of Columbia.

His expertise lies in talent management, organizational culture promotion, performance evaluation, process optimization, and operational efficiency enhancement to drive financial, operational, and mission success.

Ralph Boyd pursued his legal education at Harvard University, where he earned a J.D. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Haverford College and received honorary Doctor of Laws degrees from Suffolk University and New England School of Law/Boston.

Throughout his career, Ralph Boyd has held key leadership roles in various organizations, including being the former President and Chief Executive Officer of SOME, Inc., Senior Resident Fellow for Leadership and Strategy/Global at the Urban Land Institute, CEO of ULI Americas, CEO of the American Red Cross, Massachusetts Region, and Interim President & CEO of Center City Public Charter Schools, Inc., among others.
