Ralph Cohen

Entrepreneur and investor

Ralph Cohen is a tech entrepreneur and investor currently focused on building a new company called Cloom, aimed at creating an innovative online fitness experience.

With a passion for new technology, Ralph's journey began by starting various business ventures during his student years. In 2002, he founded IceMobile, recognizing the potential of mobile technology as a pivotal medium in people's lives. IceMobile grew to become a significant global player in the mobile app space and later merged into BrandLoyalty. This merger led to being acquired by Alliance Data in a billion-dollar transaction in 2013.

In his current role, Ralph primarily invests in venture capital projects, often in collaboration with other VCs or angel investors, focusing on later-stage scale-ups. While he enjoys meeting new entrepreneurs, he acknowledges the challenges of dedicating ample time to support existing investees and his own ventures. Ralph prefers to engage in investments where there is a lead investor he trusts. He has a notable track record of (co)-investing in successful companies like Hexadite, Revolut, N26, Careem, Tiqets, Firelayers, Blazemeter, KarambaSecurity, Twistlock, Tripaneer, Stream, Klikkie, Naduvi, Axonius, Toss.im, Freee.co.jp, Livekindly, Marqeta, and Our House.

Ralph Cohen holds positions as the Co-Founder at Cloom, where he channels his entrepreneurial spirit into revolutionizing the online fitness landscape, and he previously served as an investor at Raco Capital.
