His career in the entertainment industry began in 1978 at Paramount Pictures, where he worked on popular TV shows like "Happy Days," "Laverne & Shirley," and "Mork & Mindy".13 Winter then transitioned to film production, working on the "Star Trek" franchise before becoming a prominent producer of blockbuster movies.3
