Highlights
Singapore is one of the best places I know of to get fast and candid feedback on software products. The business community is incredibly interconnected, and the sales leaders there are remarkably savvy, open, and direct.
Here’s what we learned over the past 2.5 weeks:
Sales people spend 15-25% of their time just keeping their CRM and managers updated on their deals. Ouch! Rumi can all but eliminate the time spent here with greater accuracy, giving reps an extra day or more of their time back to spend with customers.
Sales managers just don’t have the time to listen and coach as much as they’d like. In Southeast Asia there are often multiple languages involved on calls, making it even harder to learn and coach. Rumi can listen to every minute of every call, and flag the areas where coaching is needed and can make a big difference. If your sales manager wants to review a Mandarin call in Finnish, no problem. :)
Remote selling is here to stay, but it leaves a lot of gaps in terms of reading the room, and the knowledge sharing that occurs when sellers sit next to each other. Rumi can detect implicit and explicit buying signals, so reps know where to spend their time, and we make it dead easy to capture and share a customer quote or the perfect rebuttal with your team.
