We focused on the transition from endless planning to immediate action. It's common to overthink and perpetually research ideas, but this leads to decision paralysis. Instead, training your mind and body for consistent activity can break this cycle and shift your mindset towards execution.
Reflecting on my own journey across different attempted niches over 20 years, each phase, despite its challenges and the eventual burnout, brought valuable insights. Although it was difficult moving on from each niche attempt, the learnings and experiences were ultimately worthwhile.
