Randall Sistrunk is an accomplished professional with a rich educational background and extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology from Walsh University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

Currently, Randall serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Orange Barrel Media Ike Smart City, where he leads initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Prior to his current role, Randall held positions such as Director of Development and Deputy Director at Orange Barrel Media, showcasing his expertise in organizational leadership and development.

Before joining Orange Barrel Media, Randall gained valuable experience working for the City of Columbus in roles such as Deputy Director and Workforce Diversity Manager in the Mayor's Office of Diversity and Inclusion, as well as in workforce development and program management.

His professional journey also includes a tenure as a Program Director at the Columbus Urban League, where he further honed his skills in community engagement and program implementation.
