Randy Goodman is a prominent figure with over 30 years of experience in the music industry, particularly on the Label side.

He held key positions at renowned companies such as The Walt Disney Co, RCA Label Group, and RCA Records.

Notably, he was the Founding President of Lyric Street Records in Nashville, affiliated with The Walt Disney Co, from 1997 to 2010.

During his tenure at RCA Label Group in Nashville from 1995 to 1997, he served as the EVP/GM.

In his earlier roles at RCA Records in NYC and Nashville in the 1980s and 1990s, he held significant marketing and promotion positions, showcasing his diverse skill set.

Randy Goodman's influence extends beyond corporate roles, having served as the CMA Board President and Chair in 2008 - 09.

Currently, he holds the position of CMF Trustee, contributing his expertise to the country music hall of fame.

Furthermore, he co-chaired the Music City Music Council from 2010 to 2013, leading an economic development initiative in collaboration with Nashville Mayor Karl Dean to explore opportunities within the music industry.
