Rania Alerksoussi is a highly motivated professional known for her result-focused approach and teamwork skills in managing large data projects and teams.

With a background in research and analysis, grant management, strategic planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, she has experience working both at headquarters and in the field.

Rania possesses strong communication skills and is fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish. She excels in coordination, relationship management, donor relations, capacity building, and data and information management.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature from the University of Damascus, as well as studies in basic statistics for public health and policy, basic epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Throughout her career, Rania has held key roles at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), such as leading the Federation-wide data systems, coordinating the Databank and Reporting System, and serving in operational movement coordination, as well as planning and coordination positions.

Prior to her work at IFRC, she gained experience in roles such as a Senior Buyer at Syria Duty Free, Operations-in-charge at OTS Spa Overseas Transport System, and Senior Administrator at NETtronic Networking Technologies.

Rania Alerksoussi's expertise includes data analysis and visualization platforms, making her a valuable asset in driving informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.
