Rathindra DasGupta is a highly experienced individual with a diverse background spanning over 13 years in academia, more than 15 years in industry, and a decade in government roles. His expertise lies in efficiently leading multi-disciplinary project teams and overseeing project execution. Moreover, he possesses exceptional coordination skills with federal agencies.

Having graduated from the Federal Executive Institute and recognized as a National Academy of Inventors (NAI) Fellow, Rathindra DasGupta has demonstrated a commitment to professional development and innovation.

His educational journey includes a Master's Degree in Materials Science from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and a Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. These qualifications have equipped him with a strong foundation in materials and engineering.

Throughout his career, Rathindra DasGupta has held various key positions, including Lead Instructor at Iowa State University, Senior Scientist at the College of Engineering and Applied Science at UW-Milwaukee, and Program Director at the National Science Foundation. Additionally, he has served as an Independent Consultant for multiple organizations such as MWIN, IIT Madras, and TUBITAK, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in different roles and environments.
