After 5 years at Salesforce, the time has come for a new challenge. It’s been an incredible ride, and I am so thankful for the talented friends and colleagues I met there. Thank you Brielle Fragale, Lauren Rolfsson, Marco Viti and David Schmitt, and so many more. Most of all, thank you Yuval Niv, for giving me the opportunity to build the Intelligence Solutions Architecture team from scratch. It was a wild and amazing ride.
Now I will be doing it all over again... and even better! We are building out the technical implementation/architecture function at Session AI. It is a pleasure and an honor to be working again with Brian Peterson, my mentor and one of the GOATs, to execute on the vision of Debjani Deb. Thank you Brian for putting your trust in me a second time! The Session team has built a truly incredible product that uses machine learning to understand behavior of anonymous (and known) consumers and then serves a personalized experience. It solves the challenge of a privacy first/cookieless/no tracking world, assessing customer intent from just 5 clicks! It is both an amazingly effective product -with incredible ROI for our customers- and a really cool technology. This team is signing up some of the biggest retailers in the country, and with a growing customer base there are more implementations to do… so we are growing the team. More on that soon!
