Raúl Granadino is a highly accomplished professional with a rich educational background and extensive experience in the fields of telecommunication engineering and cybersecurity.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Telecommunication Engineering, graduating with honors from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and a Master of Science in Telecommunication Engineering from the same institution, accredited by ABET.

Raúl has held key positions in various organizations, including being a Co-founder at Babylon Finance, a Professor at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and Vice President of Strategic Public Affairs & Investments at 11paths, a division of Telefónica.

His expertise in cybersecurity is evident from his roles as Deputy Director, Cybersecurity Intelligence and ICS Manager at INCIBE (Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad), and as a Member of the Board of Directors at the European Cybersecurity Organization (ECSO).

Raúl Granadino has also contributed significantly to the European Commission as a Horizon 2020 Protection and Security Advisor, and as the Co-chair of the Secure ICT Research & Innovation working group.

His extensive experience includes serving as a lecturer at various universities and managing cybersecurity projects at both national and international levels.
