Throughout her career, Raychael has held key roles in prominent organizations. She currently serves as the Director of Early Childhood & Families at Ballmer Group, where she plays a vital role in shaping programs and initiatives that benefit children and families. Prior to this position, she served as the Portfolio Manager for Early Childhood & Families at Ballmer Group, showcasing her extensive experience and expertise in this specific area.

Raychael has also made significant contributions to the Harlem Children's Zone, where she held the positions of Deputy of Strategy & Special Initiatives and Senior Advisor to the Superintendent. These roles allowed her to leverage her knowledge and skills to make a positive impact on the education system.

Raychael's academic background is complemented by her practical experience. She has served as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Harvard University, where she contributed to the academic development of students. Additionally, her roles as a Policy Analyst & Project Manager at Education First and a Senior Consultant at Hitachi Consulting have further enriched her skill set and expertise.
