Raymond Rudianto, also known as Ray, is an experienced professional with a background in management consulting and business operations. He is currently the CEO and Founder of Upper Valley Partners, an entrepreneurial investment partnership focused on acquiring and growing a single business in the United States.12

Prior to founding Upper Valley Partners, Ray worked as a Business Operations Lead for a real estate fintech company in Palo Alto, California. In this role, he led partnerships and sales development teams, advised founders on strategy, and supported various business functions.1
