In addition to her legal qualifications, Rebecca holds two American Montessori International (AMI) diplomas for teaching at different developmental stages: Assistants to Infancy (age 0 to 3) and Primary (age 3 to 6), both obtained from the Montessori Institute of San Diego. This unique combination of legal and pedagogical training positions Rebecca exceptionally well to advocate for Montessori education on legal, operational, and programmatic levels.

At Higher Ground Education, a visionary startup committed to mainstreaming and modernizing Montessori education, Rebecca utilizes her extensive knowledge and experience in both law and education to challenge and reshape the traditional educational framework. Her efforts align with the mission of Higher Ground Education to advocate for Montessori practices as a standard model in contemporary education, impacting teachers, parents, and students worldwide. Rebecca's commitment to educational reform and innovation is evident in her strategic initiatives that prioritize not only the growth of Montessori schools but also the enhancement of the quality of education provided within them.
