Her experience at NRG Home Solar as a Residential Solar Specialist and Team Lead has equipped her with a unique perspective on integrating sustainability principles in food and nutrition, contributing to her overall understanding of community health and wellness.

She earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University, where she laid the foundation for her nutrition expertise. In addition, she holds a Certificate in Food Security from the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at the same institution. These qualifications were augmented by her Bachelor of Arts with an Honors Specialization in Sociology and a Minor in Psychology from Western University.
