Rebecca Oppenheim is known as the co-founder of nextOPP Search, a women-owned recruiting agency with a B Corp Certification. The agency collaborates with a wide range of companies, from early startups to global industry giants.

NextOPP operates as a double bottom line company, combining profitability with social impact. Their Hire One Help One initiative ensures that for every candidate placed through their services, career coaching is provided to survivors of domestic violence. This program aims to empower victims by offering them valuable resources for achieving financial independence.

Rebecca's inspiration for the Hire One Help One program stemmed from the alarming statistics surrounding financial abuse in domestic violence cases. Understanding the link between financial concerns and the duration of abusive relationships, as well as the impact of abuse on victims' employment status, Rebecca saw an opportunity for recruiters to make a meaningful difference in assisting survivors to rebuild their lives and break free from abusive situations.

With a deep-rooted belief in the power of employment as a form of empowerment, Rebecca and her team are devoted to creating a world where career coaching resources are easily accessible to domestic violence victims striving for financial autonomy.

Rebecca Oppenheim's academic background includes studies in Business Administration and Management at NYU Stern School of Business, BA in Drama and Business from New York University, and an MBA in Business from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Throughout her professional journey, Rebecca has held various roles such as Managing Partner and Executive Recruiter at nextOPP Search, Account Manager positions at companies like Sui Foundation, LOOP, Deduce, Scribe Media, and b8ta, as well as a Senior Associate at Russell Tobin & Associates. She has also contributed her expertise as a Mentor at Backstage Capital, Advisor at Mile Square Labs, VIP Event Concierge at TAO Group's Beauty & Essex, Executive Assistant at TLI Games, and Office Manager at NYU Tisch School of the Arts Special Programs at New York University.

Rebecca's vision goes beyond traditional recruitment practices, aiming to pioneer social impact initiatives within the business world. By establishing innovative programs like Hire One Help One, she is setting a remarkable example for future service-oriented companies looking to address societal and environmental challenges while maintaining profitability as a core focus.
