Highlights
Some brilliant insight from one of my favourite thinkers, Jennifer Gresham, Ph.D.
Similar to Jen, I've been prioritizing my well-being and discovering that when this is priority #1, everything else in my life falls into place with a lot more ease. It took me a long time to REALLY learn that this is what works for me. And of course, I'm still learning. As Jen says:
"We’re all just experimenting and finding our way, aren’t we?"
What's your priority? (because priorities isn't a word! 😉)

As a recovering "busy" entrepreneur and (formerly) single mom, it's taken me a long time to REALLY learn to be present. ✨
🫠Of course, I don't nail this 100% of the time (or even close to that) but with intentional focus on developing a mindset of presence with who and what is right in front of me, I've been able to significantly improve my ability to be more present, more often.
I'm less scattered, less stressed, more productive and most importantly - more connected to the people I choose to spend my days and my life with. 🙌
I'd love to hear what habits and behaviours have made the most impact on your presence in daily life. 🙏❤️
I'll start: My husband (and co-founder of inqli) Sven Resch and I plug our cell phones in on the main floor every evening and spend our evening and early morning hours upstairs, tech free. We are much more present with each other and our dog Ozzie, (who is another great reminder of what real presence looks like! 🐾) and we have much more present conversations without the constant distractions and interruptions of technology.
And, as two entrepreneurs, it's also incredibly good for the soul not to roll over and immediately pick up our phones and plug into work before our morning routine (and coffee!) 🧘♀️☕🙏✨
🤯 Don't succumb to the "tyranny of the urgent" as my wise friend Amy Blankson says. 💗
