Highlights
Is your build based on fear, fare, or fair?
Fear based network exist to manufacture, maintain, and manage fear.
Fare based networks are based on how much $€£¥ you can extract from your community. Does it make money? Do that.
Fair based networks don’t exist entirely… yet. A fair based model takes into account contribution and rewards accordingly.
Can’t do that if your goal is to make 1-3 people billionaires or even these days trillionares.
I mean it literally can’t exist. The math will not pencil out.
No matter how much they want you to believe them.
There are only two ways that big social work (fear/fare). Generally a blend of the two.
EdgeIn crossing 100k users organically means we’re off to a good start.
I do not know to marvel or despair.
In today’s Big Social environment, one can be a business expert without ever owning a business, a health expert without being a doctor, a tech expert without being an engineer, a finance expert without managing money, or even an AI expert without being a data scientist.
The list goes on and on and on and on.
There is something broken in this, and we all know it.
The lazy constructs of Big Social seem to reward bad data, liars, and outright grifters, while stifling good data, facts, and real builders.
It is evident that there is an imbalance that needs to be addressed in the way expertise and knowledge are valued, rewarded, and recognized in our current digital landscape. #BigSocial #web3 #DataQuality EdgeIn
