Reema Bakshi is an accomplished professional with an extensive educational background in law, international affairs, and global politics.

She holds a Doctor of Law (JD) in Common Law from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Arts (MA) in International Affairs with a focus on International Business and Trade from Carleton University, and a Bachelor of Arts Honours (BA) in Global Politics and Philosophy, also from Carleton University.

Reema has diverse experience working with various organizations such as Momentum Business Law as a Legal Innovation Student, serving as the Vice President of the University of Ottawa Association of Women & the Law, and contributing as a Trade Policy Officer in E-commerce and Digital Trade Regulation at Global Affairs Canada.

Her professional journey includes roles as a Summer Student in Employment Law and Dispute Resolution at Mitchell Rose Professional Corporation, a Research Assistant for Professor M. Geist specializing in Internet and E-Commerce Law at the uOttawa Centre for Law, Technology and Society, and an Editor and Writing Consultant/Teaching Assistant for LAWS 2502 - Law, State, and Citizen at Carleton University.

Additionally, she has served as a Research Fellow at Global Strategy Lab, a Policy Analyst in Legislation at the Privy Council Office, and a Research and Advocacy Intern at the World Federalist Movement - Institute for Global Policy.
