Reiko Hashimoto is a highly experienced figure in Japanese cooking with over two decades of running London's renowned cooking school, HASHI, which won the People's Choice Award in 2012.

Her expertise extends to teaching the traditional methods of Japanese cooking and creating fusion Japanese dishes, catering for upscale events, providing canapés, and hosting full dinner parties.

Reiko Hashimoto is the author of multiple Japanese cookbooks, including "HASHI - A Japanese Cookery Course," which aims to guide individuals from beginners to gourmet chefs in making delicious Japanese meals using locally available ingredients.

In 2017, she released a book on Japanese modern eating and lifestyle, followed by a Vegetarian book published by Bloomsbury.
