Reiko TOMINAGA is a highly educated professional with a Master's degree in Governance and Development from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex and a Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science from 慶応義塾大学 (Keio University).

Reiko TOMINAGA has a diverse professional background, having served in various roles at prominent organizations. Currently, she holds the position of Programme Officer (JPO) in the Emergency Division at the World Food Programme. Prior to this, she worked as a Program Officer at The Asia Foundation and as a Manager at Kynetec.

In her earlier career, Reiko TOMINAGA gained valuable experience through roles such as Consultant at Meros Consulting, Consultant/Research Analyst at Promar Consulting, Consultant on Grant Assistance for Grass-roots Human Security Projects at the Embassy of Japan, Intern at JICA focusing on global health, and as a Medical Representative at Eisai.
