Reinhard Pichler

Reinhard Pichler is a professor in the Databases and Artificial Intelligence Group (DBAI) at TU Wien (Vienna University of Technology) since 2005.13 He holds a master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Innsbruck, a master's degree in Mathematical Computation from the University of London, and a PhD in Computer Science from TU Wien.14

Prior to his academic career, Pichler spent 13 years working as a software developer in the Program and Systems Engineering Department (PSE) of Siemens AG Österreich.13 His research focus is primarily in database theory.1
