When I first started my job I was in my early 20's and I couldn't picture myself at an older age getting ready to retire. That felt like a lifetime away!! However, most of my colleagues were older and either getting ready to retire or talking about how many years left they had until retirement. They encouraged me to start investing and even though in my 20s I couldn't see that day ever coming, I listened and followed their lead :-)
