¿How do we call-in investors that aren’t currently investing in food and agriculture opportunities?

This question has haunted me since Eric O'Brien with Fall Line Capital challenged the audience at World Agri-Tech to call-in generalist investors to opportunities. If we expect disruptive solutions to emerge for the agriculture industry, it is going to take more capital than what is currently directed toward food and agriculture.

Thanks to Katie Macc and Robert Munson, I on behalf of The Nature Conservancy have an incredible opportunity to share that why with climate and generalist investors next week at the Sorenson Impact Summit!

Cliff notes In addition to supporting the clean energy transition, we must also support the transformation of how we farm and ranch to regenerative production systems. This transformation is critical for climate change mitigation, halting and reversing biodiversity loss and rebuilding the quality and volume of our fresh water systems. The transformation will require innovative solutions and technologies to ensure it is a profitable shift for farm and ranch operations. Just as in the energy space, there are investments opportunities to support the transformation. Check out the investment portfolio we’ve built The Nature Conservancy: https://lnkd.in/dSXaeDnC.
