Rhea M Riley is a passionate advocate for professionals with disabilities, particularly in healthcare and education.

As the founder of Disability Story, a media company, Rhea aims to shape public and private policies through storytelling.

Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis at Simmons University, her studies delve into behaviorism theories, motivating operations, and feeding disorders.

Rhea is a LEND fellow with a keen interest in the work of the Association of University Centers on Disability (AUCD).

A self-described polymath, Rhea actively uses LinkedIn for global networking and collaboration.

Her educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Special Education from The University of New Mexico.
