Action. Life is hard, do hard things to grow & help others. Everyone at this event leads by example and has meaning and purpose. This is a no joke event and you can’t just roll into this swim or sign up freely.

Mindset and performance are key.

Yes, this is us jumping into the Hudson River to swim over 3 miles. Gary Tompkins from the water sent this to me as he captured us jumping in at the start of the swim jumping and swimming. After the first run leg and pushups.

NYC SEAL Swim start in Liberty Park NJ. Over 300 people participated in the swim this year and all of the proceeds went to Navy SEAL Foundation. Majority Veterans, First Responders and some active duty.

The goal was $250,000 however as an entire group we raised over $621,000.00. Thank you to everyone that donated and supported. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Grateful.

This is what life is about- Doing hard things to help people. 4th year completing this event with the men and women that protect our freedom and can’t wait to do it next year. Proud of William Brown and what he created most of all who he brings together to make a difference. I love your vetting process.
