The company's successful productions with artists like Niall Horan, Kylie Minogue, and Andrea Bocelli, along with landmark events like Live At Worthy Farm, have garnered global recognition and awards for creativity and innovation.

Prior to his current roles, Ric founded Harvest Entertainment, managing artists such as Seal and Morrissey, and worked as a senior A&R consultant for Warner Music, Sony Music, and Ministry of Sound, influencing albums by Rod Stewart, Bette Midler, and more.

Ric Salmon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Engineering from Kingston University, reflecting his passion for both music and technology.

An active contributor to the music industry, Ric serves on the board of the UK's Music Managers Forum and the Council of Music Makers, demonstrating his commitment to supporting and shaping the music landscape.

Additionally, Ric is involved in philanthropic efforts as the co-founder of the Point One Project, a mental health charity set to launch in 2022, highlighting his dedication to making a positive impact beyond the music realm.
