Ricardo Souza da Costa Poio is a professional with extensive experience in E-Commerce and Operations management, showcasing strong expertise in operational processes and strategic vision, particularly in Electronics, IT, Sports, Fashion, Delivery (supermarket), Research, and Loyalty Programs, both in B2C and B2B environments.

Ricardo pursued his education by completing an MBA in Business Management at UNIP and studying Publicity and Marketing at Centro Universitário FIEO in 2004.

Throughout his career, Ricardo has held key roles in various organizations. He is currently the Head of Global Customer Operations at Netquest, having previously served as the Head of LatAm Loyalty Program & E-Commerce and the Manager of Brasil Loyalty Program & E-Commerce within the same company. Prior to that, he has held E-Commerce managerial positions at Grupo Pereira, Monsoon Accessorize, and Fast Runner. Ricardo has also worked as an Analyst in Product, Marketing, and E-Commerce roles at Brother International Corporation, SOCIC, EverBiz Comércio de Eletrônicos Ltda, and Fastshop S/A.
